ASTERISM is a three-piece instrumental metal band consisting of HAL-CA, MIYU, and MIO from Fukuoka and Saga, Japan.
ASTERISM is aiming to establish “ASTERISM-style mass metal,” which means “metal that transcends the boundaries of genres with mathematically calculated composition” and “metal that reaches, resonates, and is loved by the masses,” and to further develop their music worldwide. In the spring of 2022, they relocated to Tokyo and re-launched in earnest.
In conjunction with the full-scale relaunch, the band has decided to release a new concept cover album “Animetic” on September 9th, 2022, with a new artist visual, band logo, etc.
IN FOCUS was in charge of art direction and design of the jacket, artist visuals, poster and band logo.
